MOCHI-MOCHI Check（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
子供の名前、持ち物リスト、チェック履歴、利用者がアルバムから選択した写真など、利用者がアプリ内で入力・選択した情報は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報を本アプリの運営者が取得・閲覧することはありません。写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、お子さまのプロフィールアイコンを設定する目的にのみ使用し、選択した画像が端末外へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、現在地の天気に応じて持ち物リストを自動調整する機能を提供します。この機能を利用する場合、本アプリは利用者の許可を得たうえで端末の位置情報（緯度・経度）を取得し、天気情報を取得するためにのみ、第三者の天気情報サービスである Open-Meteo（運営：Open-Meteo, https://open-meteo.com ）に送信します。
送信される情報は天気の取得に必要な位置座標のみで、氏名等の個人を特定する情報は含まれません。位置情報は本アプリの運営者によって保存・追跡されることはなく、広告やトラッキングの目的にも使用されません。位置情報の利用は、端末（iOSの設定）から許可・拒否を切り替えることができます。許可しない場合でも、天気の自動調整機能を除き本アプリは通常どおりご利用いただけます。
本アプリは、将来的に第三者が提供する広告配信サービスやアクセス解析サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスは、サービス提供のために、広告識別子（IDFA等）、端末情報、アプリの利用状況などの情報を自動的に収集することがあります。
これらの情報は各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。利用者は、端末の設定（例：iOSの「トラッキングを許可」設定）から、こうした情報の利用を制限できる場合があります。
本アプリは、将来的に有料機能やアプリ内課金を提供する場合があります。課金処理および決済情報の取り扱いはApple（App Store）を通じて行われ、本アプリの運営者がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリの運営者は、前記2に定める天気情報サービス（Open-Meteo）への位置情報の送信、および前記3に定める広告・分析サービスの利用を除き、利用者の情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。
アプリ内に保存されたデータは、本アプリをアンインストールすることですべて削除されます。

MOCHI-MOCHI Check ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
Information you enter or select in the App—such as children's names, item checklists, check history, and photos you choose from your library—is stored solely on your device. The App's operator does not access or view this information. Access to your photo library is used only to set a profile icon for a child, and the selected image is never transmitted off your device.
The App offers a feature that automatically adjusts your packing list based on the weather at your current location. When you use this feature, with your permission the App obtains your device location (latitude and longitude) and sends it—solely to retrieve weather information—to Open-Meteo (operated by Open-Meteo, https://open-meteo.com ), a third-party weather information service.
The only information sent is the location coordinates needed to retrieve the weather; no personally identifying information (such as your name) is included. Your location is not stored or tracked by the App's operator, and is not used for advertising or tracking purposes. You can allow or deny location access from your device settings (iOS Settings). If you do not allow it, the App remains fully usable except for the weather-based auto-adjustment feature.
The App may, in the future, use third-party advertising or analytics services. Such services may automatically collect information including advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA), device information, and app usage data in order to provide their services.
This information is handled in accordance with each service provider's privacy policy. You may be able to limit the use of such information through your device settings (for example, iOS "Allow Tracking" settings).
The App may, in the future, offer paid features or in-app purchases. Any payment processing is handled through Apple (the App Store), and the App's operator does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers.
Except for sending location data to the weather information service (Open-Meteo) described in Section 2, and the advertising and analytics services described in Section 3, the App's operator does not share your information with third parties.
All data stored within the App is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
